摘要
植物根系分泌物是由植物自身合成,经其根系分泌到环境介质中的糖类、蛋白质、氨基酸以及多种代谢物质,其中次生代谢物质主要包括有机酸类、酚酸及其衍生物类、黄酮类、萜类、生物碱类等,在一定条件下此类物质对植物自身有一定的毒害作用,会造成植物发育不良、品质降低、产量下降、病虫害发生严重等危害,是导致药用植物连作障碍发生的重要原因。阐述了根系分泌物的种类、释放以及与土壤环境的相互作用,探讨了药用植物发生连作障碍与其根系分泌物之间的相互关系,旨在为预防药用植物连作障碍和建立科学的栽培制度提供理论依据。
Plant root exudates such as carbohydrates,proteins,amino acids and a variety of secondary metabolites are synthesized in the plant roots and dispersed into the environment.The secondary metabolites include phenolic acids and its derivatives,flavonoids,terpenoids,alkaloids,etc.These substances have toxic effects on plants in certain conditions resulting in stunted plants,lower quality,production decline,pests and diseases,and other serious harm.It also leads to obstacles for continuous cropping of medicinal plants.The root exudates in vivo synthesis,metabolism,functioning and the interactions between medicinal plants and soil environment were summarized.The relationship between the obstacles for continuous cropping of medicinal plants and root exudates was explored.It will provide scientific basis for preventing obstacles for continuous cropping and helping to establish a system of cultivating medicine plants.
