摘要
人文社科研究生作为研究生群体的重要组成部分,其科研能力增强及其智力成果的保护对于当前高校人文社会科学繁荣发展、走学术创新道路具有重要意义。通过对我国高校人文社科类研究生的知识产权概念和特征进行分析,指出我国高校人文社科类研究生的知识产权保护现状,提出保护策略,并以江苏科技大学为例对该问题进行阐述。
The group of graduate students in humanities and social science is an important part of postgraduates. At present,enhancing their scientific research ability and protecting their intellectual property is of great significance not only to prosperity and development of humanities and social science in university but also to academic innovation. Through the analysis on the concept and characteristic of the liberal arts graduate students in university,the author puts forward the present situation of the intellectual property protection for the liberal arts graduate students in university,as well as the protection strategy. And the author takes Jiangsu University of Science and Technology as an example to explain this issue.
