摘要
水能利用提高率一直是水电站进行经济运行考核的一个重要指标,但在实际应用中存在着参数确定人为因素较大和计算繁琐等问题。文章通过分析水电站水能利用提高率计算中存在的问题,提出了客观、简便的考核指标改进方法。
Improvement of the hydroenergy utilization ratio is one important indicator to assess the economic operation of the hydropower station. But, in the actual practice, such as artificial factors and complicated computation, etc. are available in the determination of the assessment parameters. In this paper, the objective and simple methods for the improvement of the assessment indicators are provided thought the analysis on the factors in the computation of the improvement of the hydroenegy utilization ratio of the hydropower station.
