通过分析新旧定额及编规的主要内容及取费的变化,并对不同类型的工程采用新旧定额进行投资概算的编制,系统分析其变化和特点。
The variations and characteristics of quota and compilation in old and new versions are systematically analyzed through stud- ying the main contents and charge variation of the quota and compilation rules in old and new versions as well as the investment budgets prepared with both quotas for different projects.
