摘要
文章提出了一种考虑暴露人群面积及声环境功能区的噪声评价模型(NEM),并根据城市声环境质量标准及噪声对人体健康的影响程度进行分级表征。该模型在噪声地图的基础上,根据噪声主观感受性和污染局部性特点,综合考虑噪声对暴露人群、暴露区域面积和各类声环境功能区的影响差异,量化了噪声污染的大小,适用于大区域噪声污染程度的整体评价。文章运用该噪声评价模型,对广州某区域交通噪声污染进行了评价。结果表明,利用噪声地图,考虑噪声对人群暴露和声环境功能区的影响,能更加科学地评估噪声污染程度。
The noise evaluation model (NEM) which is considering population exposure,area exposure and noise environment functional areas was presented, and a hierarchical representation was given to describe the impact levels of urban noise on human health. With the help of noise map,according to the subjectivity and locality of noise pollution, the differences of noise impacts on population exposure, area exposure and noise environment functional areas was considered in the model. The model can intuitive acquire evaluation of urban noise pollution with quantitative indexes. An evaluation of some area at Guangzhou was presented using NEM model. Results showed that noise evaluation is more scientific considering the effect of population exposure and noise environment functional areas.
