模拟训练器在内镜护理临床教学中的应用 被引量：11

摘要 目的探讨模拟训练器在内镜护理培训及知识技能获得中的效果。方法自行设计内镜护理培训方案,以内镜模拟训练操作为主,在实践模拟操作中讲授相关理论知识,对27名学员进行手把手教学。并对模拟培训前后的学员公信力进行评分。结果模拟培训前后的学员公信力评分结果显示培训后均分较培训前高,除"对提高您的其它操作技能有帮助"项无差异外,其他项目差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论模拟训练器在内镜护理培训中得到学员的肯定,值得临床教学应用推广。
