摘要
肺气虚证是临床常见的多发性肺系疾病,其发生多伴随机体免疫功能的下降。本文复习近年来的相关文献,以机体免疫功能角度切入,分别从文献研究、实验研究以及临床研究三个方面对关于肺气虚证的免疫功能研究做一综述。笔者认为在现有研究基础上,结合现代免疫学,从免疫学角度开展深入研究,将在探寻肺气虚证的发病原因、病理机制及临床治疗方面有所突破,从而有益于肺气虚证的基础研究、临床治疗和相关新药研究工作。
In clinic, pulnmnary-Qi deficiency syndrome is a common, multiple lung disease which often occurs with a seri- al of pathological signs for decline of immune function. Have reviewed the literatures in recent years, from the angle of immune function, we have made a review of pulmonary-Qi deficiency syndrome on the literature study, experimental study and clinical study. In conclusion, on the basis of existing research, combining modem medical immunization knowledge and conducting more in-depth researches, there will be a breakthrough in the fields of exploring its pathogen, pathogenesis and clinical treatment, and promote the basic research, clinical therapy and research and development of related new medicines of pulmonary-Qi defi- ciency syndrome.
