摘要
目的：探究穴位按摩对腹腔镜术后并发肩胛部疼痛的作用及疗效,总结术后穴位按摩方法。方法：随机选取并回顾分析2012~06至2013~06于我院妇科接受腹腔镜手术的患者140例,其中70例为研究组,术后即给予穴位按摩治疗,另70例为对照组,术后采用常规治疗,比较两组患者出现肩胛部疼痛的例数、疼痛程度及预后。结果：研究组患者出现肩背疼痛40例（57.14%）,对照组55例（78.57%）,两组差异存在统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗后研究组评分优于对照组,差异存在统计学意义（P〈0.05）。研究组治疗后有效率为95%,对照组为74.54%,两者差异存在统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：妇科腹腔镜术后采用穴位按摩治疗可以减少肩背部疼痛的发生并缓解疼痛程度,提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广。
Objective： To discuss the method and effect of acupressure relieving pain of scapular region after laparoscope surgery. Methods： Choosing 140 patients from Jun 2012 to Jun 2013 received laparoscope surgery to divide into study group and controlled group with 70 cases in each group. Compared the degree of pain and prognosis of these two groups. Results： There were 40 cases （57. 14% ） of study group, and 55 cases （78. 57% ） of controlled group. The effective rate of study group was 95% , higher than 74. 54% of controlled group （P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： Using acupressure to relieve pain of scapular region after laparoscope surgery can improve patients＇ life quality to extend in clinic.
