摘要
目的:探讨首乌软胶囊对D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠及老龄小鼠的抗衰老作用。方法:分别以D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠及自然衰老小鼠作为研究对象,称取小鼠胸腺、脾脏、大脑重量并计算出脏器指数。用试剂盒测定使用首乌软胶囊后D-半乳糖造模小鼠血清和脑组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力和丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化,以及老龄小鼠血清和脑组织中过氧化氢酶(CAT)活力、脑组织中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活力的变化。结果:与模型对照组相比,首乌软胶囊可提高造模小鼠胸腺指数、脾指数、大脑指数、SOD活力,降低MDA含量,提高老龄小鼠脾指数、大脑指数、血清和脑组织中CAT活力、脑组织中GSH-PX活力,提高机体清除自由基的作用。结论:首乌软胶囊对D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠和老龄小鼠都有一定的抗衰老作用。
Objective: To investigate the Shouwu Soit Capsule of aging mice reduced by D-galactose and aging mice on anti -aging effect. Methods: Using D-galactose induced aging mice and natural aging mice as the research object, the thymus, spleen, brain weight and calculate the organ index. After use Shouwu Soft Capsules, determining the changes by kit of D-galac- tose modeling mouse serum and brain tissue superoxide dismutase ( SOD ) activity and malondialdehyde ( MDA ) content, as well as aging serum and brain tissue of mice in catalase (CAT) activity, changes in brain activity of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX). Results: Compared with the model group, Shouwu Soft Capsule can improve the mice model of the thymus index, spleen index, brain index, (SOD) activity, decreased the content of MDA, increase the index of spleen, aging mouse brain index, brain tissue CAT activity, GSH-PX activity in serum and brain tissue, improve the free radical scavenging effect. Con- clusion: Shouwu Soft Capsule has a certain anti-aging effect on the D-galactose induced aging mice and aged mice.
