摘要
近年来孕妇选择剖宫产手术作为分娩方式的人逐年增加,而麻醉方式的选择是剖宫产手术的主要组成部分,由于手术期间患者的病理、生理发生了一系列变化,使麻醉方式的选择及处理需考虑的因素也变得很复杂,术中、术后需要兼顾产妇和胎儿的生命安全,就剖宫产麻醉方法的研究做一阐述.
In recent years, the number of pregnant women who choose cesarean section as their delivery mode is in-creasing year by year, and the choice of anesthesia method is a major part for the operation. Due to the series of changes of pregnant women in the aspect of pathology and physiology, it becomes very complex to choose the proper anesthesia way and to consider the various related factors, for the safty of both pregnant women and the fetus should be taken into consideration. So this article will have a brief illustration of the research on the ways of anesthetic techniques in cesare-an section operation.
