摘要
股骨粗隆间骨折多发生于老年人,因保守治疗需要长期卧床,并发症较多,所以临床首选手术治疗.近年来,随着科技的发展,临床可用的固定材料越来越多,现就各种手术治疗及手术固定材料进行综述.
Femoral intertrochanteric fracture is mostly take place in the elderly. Conservative treatment need to be in bed for a long time and much complications will occur, so surgical treatments is the first choice in clinic. With the de-velopment of technologies in recent years, the fixation materials used in clinic becomes more and more. This paper mainly reviews all kinds of surgery fixed materials used in femoral intertrochanteric fracture.
