摘要
目的:观察蒙药珍宝丸等对寻常型银屑病的疗效.方法:将80例寻常型银屑病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例;治疗组口服珍宝丸等蒙药进行治疗,对照组口服银屑灵膏治疗,一个疗程21天,共4个疗程.观察皮损,记录PASI评分,评定疗效.结果:治疗组痊愈24例,显效8例,好转5例,无效3例,总有效率80.0%;对照组痊愈10例,显效16例,好转9例,无效5例总有效率65.0%.结论:蒙药治疗优于中药治疗.
Objective：To investigate the efficacy of Mongolian Zhenbao pills on psoriasis vulgaris. Methods：80 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into treatment group （40 cases） and control group （40 cases）, the treatment group orally took Mongolian drug Zhenbao pills;the control group orally took Yinxieling cream, one treatment course was 21d and totally four courses. The skin lesions were observed, the PASI scores were recorded and the efficacies were evaluated. Results：In the treatment group, 24 cases were cured, 8 cases were markedly improved, 5 cases were improved, 3 cases were invalid, the total effective rate was 80.0%;in the control group, 10 cases were cured, 16 cases were markedly improved, 9 cases were improved, 5 cases were invalid, the total effective rate was 65.0%. Conclusion：Mongolian medicine has a better efficacy than traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.
