摘要
采用现场三元复合驱采出液,以及室内制备的模拟采出液和采出液为介质,研究了酸洗液添加剂和酸洗作业油井投产初期产出水中的沉淀物形成离子对北二西试验区三元复合驱采出液油水分离特性的影响,确定井筒酸洗作业油井投产初期产出液造成北二西试验区三元复合驱采出液油水分离效果恶化的主要原因是其水相中含有大量Fe2+,其与地面掺水中的S2-作用产生硫化亚铁微粒,后者吸附在油珠表面上形成阻碍油珠间相互聚并的空间位阻。
Taken ASP produced fluid and simulated produced fluid as objects,the impacts on the oil/water separation property of produced liquid and water by the additives used in oil well acidic scale removal service and the precipitate forming ions in the early-stage produced fluid were investigated.The major reason why the oil/water separation turned bad was found to be the Fe2+in producing fluid,which reacted with S2-so that ferrous sulfide particles generated.The produced particles would absorbed onto the surface of the oil particles,resulted in the steric hindrance influencing the coalescence of oil particles.
