摘要
在Instron电液伺服机上对钻杆钢进行实验及数据处理的基础上,本文从理论上进一步分析了钻杆的断裂寿命,特别是最大挠度位置正处于钻杆薄弱部位(裂纹处)时,最易导致失效.本文一方面抽象了两种裂纹模型及相应的应力强度因子,另一方面借用材料力学和断裂力学导出了弯矩计算式及钻杆疲劳断裂的寿命表达式.对45MnMoB钢所制的φ50钻杆的寿命进行了估算,其结果是令人满意的.
Abstract Based on the experiment and the data processing for drill rod on INSTRON servo, a further theoretical analyses was given to the cllapse life of drill rod. Particularly when the maximum deflection occured at the most weak place (crack) along the rod, it will be more easy to result in failure. On the onehand, two kinds of crack model and their stress toughness were abstracted. On the other, the bent moment formula and the fatique cllapse life expression were also obtained by using fracture mechanics and material mechanics. It is satisfied with the results which are from a calculation for 050mm drill rod of 45MnMoB steel.
