摘要
通过Project 2000在铁路综合办公信息网基础施工项目的应用研究,系统地分析了Project 2000软件的功能及特点,发现Project 2000在铁路运输、机车车辆、铁道建筑、通信信号和房屋建筑等部门有很好的通用牲。通过在工程、大修、基建等施工过程中的应用实践,认识到运用项目科学管理的理论和方法,对提高科学管理水平有重大意义。
