摘要
列举了实际发生的柴油机碾瓦的故障现象 ,根据连杆弯曲、曲轴变形、瓦背与瓦孔接触不良 ,曲轴箱变形、清洁度不良等故障原因 。
The failure phenomena,such as main bearing lining to be crushed,are given.Appropriate measures are taken in the light of some failure reasons such as connecting rog bending,crankshaft deformation,bad contact between back of bearing and bore surface,crankcase deformation and bad cleanness.
