摘要
本文利用脉冲激光成功地实现了金属材料薄片与薄片、丝与丝、薄片与丝的微型焊接.通过理论分析表明、金属材料对脉冲激光辐射能的吸收,与金属材料的电导率、温度、光洁度、激光功率密度、脉冲宽度、脉冲波形等参量有关,并且,这些参量直接影响焊接效果.
Micro-welding were successfully realized using pulse laser between some metal blades, some metal silks or blade and silk. Theoretical ana-lysis showing the energy of pulse laser radiation by the metal material that is related electric susceperbility of metal material, temperiture、optical flat-ness 、aser power density, pulse width and pulse wave shape etc. Hence these parameters will directly influnce welding effects.
