摘要
为比较4株分枝杆菌对一含氯消毒剂的抗力,进行了对现有试验方法加以改进的悬液定量杀菌试验。结果,含有效氯200mg/L的溶液对只需培养4d的偶发分枝杆菌、草分枝杆菌作用5min、杀灭率达99.90%以上;对需培养30d的牛型结核分枝杆菌与人型结核分枝杆菌,以含有效氯100mg/L的溶液作用5min,杀灭率即达99.90%以上。此说明快速生长的分枝杆菌对该含氯消毒剂的抗力较大。
In order to compare the resistance of 4 strains of Mycohacteria to a chlorine-containing disinfectant, the suspension quantitative germicidal test using the modified method of the available test method was carried out. The results showed that the killing rates of Mycobacterium fortuitum and Mycobacterium graminis, which required culturing only for 4 days, exposed to the solution containing available chlorine 200 mg / L for 5 min attained over 99.90%, and the killing rates of Mycohacterium tuberculosis var. bovis and Mycobacterium tu berculosis var. homimis, which required culturing for 30 days, exposed to the solution con- taining available chlorine 100 mg/ L for 5 min also attained over 99.90%, indicating that the Mycobacteria which grow rapidly have relatively high resistance to chlorine-containing disin fectant.
