摘要
3种含芳香酰基的磷脂酰胆碱 (PC)被磷脂酶A2 (PLA2 )和磷脂酶D(PLD)水解以制备相应的溶血磷脂和磷脂酸。两个酰基均为芳香酰基的PC能被NajamossambicamossambicaPLA2 水解 ,但不能被猪胰PLA2 水解 ;花生PLD、StreptomyceschromofuscusPLD能水解仅含一个芳香酰基 (sn 1或sn 2位 )的PC ,但不能水解含两个芳香酰基的PC。
Three phosphatidylcholines (PC) bearing aromatic acyl group have been hydrolyzed by phospholipase A 2 (PLA 2) and phospholipase D (PLD) to prepare the corresponding lysophosphatidylcholines and phosphatidic acids. Phosphatidylcholine bearing two aromatic acyl group can be hydrolyzed by Naja mossambica mossambica PLA 2 but can not be done by Porcine pancreatic PLA 2. Peanut PLD, Streptomyces chromofuscus PLD can hydrolyze phosphatidylcholine bearing only one aromatic acyl group on sn 1 or sn 2 position, however, these PLD can not hydrolyze phosphatidylcholine bearing two aromatic acyl groups. These results indicate that the sources of the enzyme and the structures of acyl group in glycerophospholipids gave significant effect on the hydrolysis.
