摘要
目的 评价窝沟釉质成形封闭术的临床效果。方法 在 84名儿童的第一磨牙上采用半口对照法比较窝沟釉质成形术和普通封闭术封闭剂的保存率。结果 封闭后 6个月和 1年时 ,两者保存率无显著性差异 ;而在 2年时有显著性差异。
Objective To evaluate the clinic effect of EST. Methods EST and CST were applied contralateral first permanent molars of 84 children respectively to compare sealant retention rate of enameloplasty sealant technique with conventional sealant technique. Results There was no significant difference between the retention rate of them after 6 mouths and 1 year; however, significant difference was after 2 years. Conclusion Enameloplasty sealant technique is superior to conventional sealant technique.
