胶原酶在人工根面龋样损害中作用的超微结构研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的 通过对根面牙骨质基质胶原纤维降解破坏情况的超微结构观察 ,以寻找微生物源性胶原酶在根面龋中发生作用的证据。方法 将无龋恒牙分组经酸性胶液和胶原酶分别或共同孵化处理后切割制样 ,脱水干燥 ,喷金 ,扫描电镜观察根面超微结构的变化。结果 经酸性胶液和胶原酶联合攻击的根面牙骨质呈现脱矿与基质胶原纤维破坏同步发生的超微结构表现。 Objective To find the evidence of the effect of microbiotic collagenase in root surface caries by observing the destruction of collagenous matrix on root surface. Methods To incubate the caries free permanent teeth with acid gelatinoid and/or collagenase, then to observe the ultrastructural change of root surface under scanning electron microscope . Results The cementum on root surface showed synchronously-happened destruction after combined attack by acid and collagenase. Conclusion The microbiotic collagenase may play an important role in the process of root surface caries.
