高效液相色谱法测定avermectin发酵液中B_1组分的含量 被引量:1

Determination of B1 component in avermectin fermentation broth by HPLC

摘要 采用高效液相色谱法,对avermectin发酵液中的B1组分(包括B1a和B1b进行含量测定,色谱条件为C18ODS柱,乙腈-甲醇-水作流动相,波长245nm下测定,B1组分在40~800μg/ml范围内,浓度与峰面积之间线性关系良好。B1两组分重现性良好,RSD分别为1.0%和1.3%,且回收率均大于97%。 ABSTRACT:The concentration of B, component (including B1a. and B1b, ) from the avermectin broth wasdetermined by HPLC. The chromatographic system was as fellows: C18 ODS column, developed with acetone: MeOH:H2O , detected at 245nm, temperature 25°C, flow rate 0. 8ml/min. Under this condition, component B1a. and B1b, werecompletely separated from the impurities of the broth. The relationship between response and concentration was linearwhen the concentration of avermection B1 was at the range of 40~ 800μg/ml. The recovery rate of each component wasabove 97%.
