摘要
万家寨引黄工程总干线 6 #隧洞 ,原由CMC -SELI公司采用TBM掘进机开挖 ,采用的衬砌 ,每环由 4块环形管片拼装而成。由于地质属岩土 ,N2 粘土洞 ,交工后引黄工程总公司发现 ,部分原管片衬砌部位 ,接缝倾斜 ,管片错位 5cm～ 10cm ,管片裂缝严重 ,己不能防渗 ,影响隧洞过水正常使用。本文重点介绍我局项目部对缺陷处理中混凝土预制管片复位 ,加固及采用钢衬等方法加固处理缺陷的施工技术 ,为保证引黄隧洞的正常维护使用 。
This paper mainly introduces the construction technique of segment reset, steel plate lining,backfill grouting and consolidation grouting used for the defect treatment of No.6 tunnel, the General Main Line, the YRDR,meanwhile, also introduces the quality management system and the quality appraisal results.
