介绍了连续型逆向色谱电泳分离技术的原理及其研究进展、现状和存在的问题 。
In this paper the principles of countereacting chromatographic electrophoresis are presented.Researches and problems in the field today as well as projections for the future, in particular the application for protein separation,are also covered.
