摘要
高压静电场具有良好的杀菌灭藻效果,当工作电场强度为20kV/m,作用6h以上时,杀菌率可达91.3%,作用14d以上,灭藻率可达100%。研究表明水经高压静电场处理后,电导率、溶解氧、pH值等物理化学参数发生显著变化,杀菌灭藻机理为超氧阴离子自由基、过氧化氢破坏细胞的生存条件所致。
High voltage static electricity field exhibits good bactericidal and algaecidal effects. The optimal field intensity is 20 kV/m. the bactericidal rate reached 91.3% when it works over 6 h and algaecidal rate reached 100% when it does 14 d. Study shows that physical and chemical parameters like electrical conductivity, dissolved oxygen value, pH value changed greatly during the experiments. Experimental phenomena infers that newly formed superoxide anionic free radical and H2O2 in the static electricity field destroyed bacteria and algae cells.
