摘要
本文对二十辊轧机轧制薄钢带表面出现横纹问题进行了研究。只通过改变轧制工艺,薄钢带表面纹横不能明显好转,因此,通过在线监测、信号处理及频谱分析后确认:钢带表面横纹由轧辊颤振所造成,振源主要为电源谐波,其次是齿轮质量的影响。为此提出了解决方案。方案实施后,钢带表面横纹消除。
The appearance of surface cross lines on the shadow mask sheet rolled by twenty high mill is discussed in this paper. It is impossible to remove the cross lines completely only by controlling the rolling technique.By observing and testing on line, signal treatment and frequency band analysis, its confirmed that the surface cross lines is developed due to vibration of the rolls.And the vibration is mainly produced by the harmonics of powers source and the effect of gear quality.A plan to solve the problem has been put in force and the surface cross lines disappeared.
