海水阀铸铁件用低镍铬合金铸铁的熔炼工艺特性及其生产控制 被引量:2

摘要 本文介绍了为秦山核电站用大型口径的低镍铬合金铁海水阀门试制中的有关问题,即化学成份的确定、熔炼工艺特性、铸造性能测试、以及铸造工艺控制等。炉后加入镍、铬合金的工艺简单、可靠。镍、铬的烧损分别为2.61%和7.54%。各参数的确定为生产提供了可靠的依据、保证了用冲天炉稳定生产低镍铬合金铸件,提高海水阀门的质量。 This paper has introduced some problems in the trial-producing oE low nickel-chromium alloy cast iron brine valves with large and middle calibre used for Qi.nsan nuclear electric power station. These problems arc the determination of chemical composition, the melting technique character-istics, the determination of casiability and the control of foundry technolgy. The technique that the nickel and chromium are cupolaback added simple and reliable. The amount of burn-out of nickel and chromium are 2.61% and 7.54% respectively. The determination of eaeh paiameter can supply reliable tasis for production and can ensure the cuality of the low nickel-chromitm alloy cast iron brine valves produced by cupola.
