摘要
震击式和震压式造型机的震击垫对紧实型砂影响较大。但是震击垫的工作特性如何,为了探索这个问题,本文主要对震击垫的刚度、震击垫的变化量以及它们之间的相互关系做逐步的分析,并找到用型砂的固有刚度来间接反映震击垫刚度的变化量的方法。
The jarring pad of bumping moulding machine and jolt-squeeze moulding machine has a heavy effect on the compcctness of sand, but what is the working characteristics of jarring pad. For studing this problem, in this paper the rigidity and change amount of jarring pad as well as the relation between both are mainly analysed, and the method which measures the change amount of the rigidity of jarring pad by means of the rigidity of sand is found.
