摘要
本文根据作者的研究实践,提出并试验了在超声振动条件下油石和油石座的联接方法,指明了每种方法的适用范围.分析了超声珩磨油石的等效硬度特性,最后指出超声珩磨油石的硬度小于普通珩磨油石的硬度,超声珩磨油石的硬度随油石振幅的变化而变化.
This paper proposed a binding method of honing stone with honing stone holder working in ultrasonic vibration condition on the base of authors' experimental practice. The field of application of each method is pointed out. The equivalent hardness of ultrasonic honing stone is analyzed. It is pointed out that the hardness of ultrasonic honing stone is less than that of conventional honing stone and varies with the amplitude of vibration.
