区域数字地震台网近距离面波震级M_S的测定 被引量:2

摘要 使用福建区域数字台网 7个宽带台观测到的 47个发生于台湾地区的浅源强震 (MS≥ 5 )的近距离面波记录 ,量算了水平向乐夫波的最大合成振幅及震中距离 ,测定了所有这些强震的近距离面波震级 MS。并将结果与国家台网公布的远距离平均 MS震级进行比较和统计分析。结果表明 ,近距离测定的面波震级比远距离测定的 MS有较大偏差。震级越小、距离越近 ,差异越大。对于区域地震台网测定的 MS震级 ,需要做必要的修正 ,才能使其测定结果尽可能接近于国家台网公布的平均 MS震级。文中还讨论了近距离和远距离面波震级测定差异的原因 ,及其修正办法。可供区域数字宽带台网速报本区域发生的近距离强震面波震级时参考。 In this paper, using surface wave data of 48 shallow strong earthquakes (M S >5) occurred in Taiwan region and recorded at 7 broad band seismic stations by using Fujian digital seismic network, we measured the maximum synthetical amplitudes of horizontal directional Love waves and the epicentral distance, and calculated their surface eave magnitudes M S . We also compared the results with the average M S  published by national seismic networks well as carried out statistical analysis. The results show that the determined M S  magnitudes between regional and national networks have larger difference. The larger the magnitude is, the smM S aller the difference. It is necessary to make certain correction for M S  magnitudes of regional network so that they could be close to the results determined by the national network. In this paper, we also discussed the cause of the difference of M S  magnitudes determined by near stations and remote stations as well as its correct methods. It might provide the reference for the regional digital seismic networks that rapidly report M S  magnitudes of those strong earthquakes occurred in near distance.
