摘要
本文提供了一种氯苯硝化制取硝基氯苯的新方法。实验表明,硝化剂中加入磷酸或多价金属化合物,有利于邻位异构体的生成。当反应温度为70~75℃时,调整硝化剂中磷酸与硫酸的比例或在钼、锰或钒的存在下,硝化产物中邻位异构体的含量可达40~43%。
This paper suggests a new technology of manufacturing chloronitrobenzene by nitration of chlorobenzene. The results thow that phosphoric acid and some multivalent metal compounds have been used as ortho isomer favoring agents, 40~43% Chloronitrobenzene of ortho isomer can be obtained by nitration of chlorobenzene with nitric acid at 70~75℃ and in the presence of phosphoric acid or molybdenum, manganese and vanadium ions.
