摘要
采用好氧4天、厌氧22天、运行周期26天的54米~3消化装置,全年平均可产沼气457±125米~3,年平均产气率达0.38±0.11米~3/米~3·天,平均甲烷含量66.7±1.6%,Ts、Vs、C、粗脂肪和粗纤维的毁解率分别为40.2±1.1%、61±1.6%、62.3±2.2%、60.4±2.5%和60.4±1.6%。 在同一个消化装置内设置射流抽气装置和厌氧消化装置,既能满足好氧微生物氧化有机垃圾所需空气要求,又能满足厌氧微生物在缺氧条件下进行厌氧发酵要求。该消化装置在好氧发酵期间,料温约达65℃,厌氧发酵期间,夏季料温达42℃以上,冬季也在22℃以上,对厌氧发酵生产沼气和有机物降解十分有利。
The technology consisted of 2 steps within the same fermentor: aerobic fermentation for 4 days followed by anaerobic fermentation for 22 days,with a periodical operation of 26 days.The mean value,based on one year,of biogas produced from the period of batch fermentation within a 54m3 fermentor is 457±25m3.The biogas production was 0.38±0.11mYm3·d The average content of CH,is 66.7±1.6% The degradation rates of TS,VS,C,crude fat,coarse fibre are 40.2+1.1%,61 + 1.6%,62.3±2.2% 60.4±2.5% and 60.4+1.6% respectively.The fermentor is connected with a pump working on the efflux fluidics principle.During the aerobic step,the operation of the efflux fluidics pump bring enough air into the fermrntor to meet the demand of the aerobic fermentation which is followed by the anaerobic digestion for further degradation and recovery of biogas.The temperature of the aerobic step could reached 65℃ during the anaerobic digestion,reaching above 42℃ in the summer; above 22℃,in the winter,being benecicial to the anaerobic digestion.
