摘要
本文综述了CdTe/CdS和CuInSe_2/CdS薄膜太阳电池的进展,讨论了这两种电池的发展前景。
The present status solar cells development is reported in this paper.The advances of CdTe/CdS and CuInSe2/CdS thin film solar cells are presented.The prospect of those cells is evaluated.The suggestion and basic countermeasure are proposed.
