摘要
本文报道了固体生物质气化动力学研究的实验系统和试验结果,重点描述了反应温度对热分解速率、热分解产物及其质量的影响。同时报道了气相停留时间和气相二次反应对热解结果的影响,对水蒸汽与炭的反应及焦炭燃烧反应与温度的关系也作了讨论。最后根据实验结果,提出了快速热分解反应经过的途径和机理。
This paper describes a new experimental facility for biomass gasification kinetics study.The effects of temperature and heating rate on the yields of components,gas quality and rates of formation of praducts for the pyrolysis are emphatically studied.The residences times effects on the secondary cracking of vapor phase are also investigated.The relations between temperatures and char combustion and char-steam reaction are presented.Finally,based on the variation of yields components,the pyrolysis mechanism and pathway are also elucidated.
