摘要
本文描述了一种用调节沉淀聚合法制备不同分子量聚丙烯酰胺的新方法。以过硫酸钾为引发剂,以异丙醇为调节剂和沉淀剂,在异丙醇一水中进行了丙烯酰胺的调节沉淀聚合的研究,制得了分子量由(10)~4到(16)~6的非水解体聚丙烯酰胺。本文还研究了聚合转化率及聚丙烯酰胺分子量同异丙醇含量之间的一些规律。
: A new method for preparing polyacrylamides of different molecular weight ranges by regulating and pre cipitating polymerization is described. The modulating and precipitating polymerization of acrylamide in isopropyl alcohol-water, with K2S2O8 as initiator, and isopropyl alcohol as regulator and precipitant, has been investigated. The molecular weight of the resulting non-hydrolized polyacrylamide products were in the range of 104 to 106.
Regularities in relationship of polymerization conversion rate and molecular weights of polyacrylamides to isopropyl alcohol content have also been investigated.
