摘要
日射观测中常用到的太阳赤纬、时差和日地距离系数等参数的计算是以其值无年际变化为前提条件的。实际上这些参数不仅存在年际变化,有时还很显著,在一些情况下有的公式已不适用。我们依据Bourges的思路给出了一套形式与原来相近,而误差却小一个数量级的计算公式,可供1901—2099年间实际使用。
The computation formulas of declination,equation of time and coefficient of sun-earth distance etc.in solor radiation observation hitherto used are based on the assumption of no interannual variation.In fact,these variations are remarkable in some periods,thus improvement in computation methods is necessary.According to Bourgos's idea,we give a set of similar formulas with numerical errors one order of magnitude smaller,to take the interannual variations into account.The new formulas set may be used for the period 1901-2099
