摘要
我国的护理事业在专业化的进程中取得了可喜的发展 ,但仍存在不少问题。本文用专业标准分析了我国护理专业存在的差距 ,并指出 :护理要成为一门受人尊敬的专业 ,还有许多艰辛的任务 ,需要社会各界和护理人士的继续努力。
The development of nursing profession in China is remarkable, but there is still some problems during this progress. Using Kelly's professional criteria, this article evaluated the current status of nursing profession in China and identified some gaps between nursing profession in China and the criteria, and also indicated that nurses and the whole society must work harder to improve this professionalize process.
