摘要
目的 分析影响臀肌挛缩症手术治疗效果的因素。方法 全部病例均采用手术治疗 ,术中彻底松解挛缩之瘢痕 ,术后早期练习。结果 经过平均 2年的随访 ,超过 90 %病人取得了良好的疗效 ,有 2例有不同程度复发。结论 臀肌挛缩症系臀肌筋膜及肌纤维挛缩 ,发生屈髋时“弹响”、“绕膝征” ,一经发现应手术治疗 ,术中松解要仔细彻底 。
Objective To analyze the factors that affect the curative effect of operative treatment of gluteal muxcle contracture. Methods All cases were underwent operation and the scar of contracture was separated. Early exercise was taken after operation. Results Over 90% patients had obtained satisfactory curative effect after 2 years follow-up in average. 2 cases had varied reoccurrence. Conclusion The gluteal muscle contracture is the contracture of facia and muscular fiber. The symptoms of 'snappin' and 'wrapping knee' can be seen when sciatic flex. The operation should be performed once it is diagnosis, carefully disentwine and early exercise should be taken.
