摘要
目的 观察在常规药物洋地黄、利尿剂治疗基础上加用培哚普利和美托洛尔治疗充血性心力衰竭 (CHF)患者的疗效。方法 选择CHF者 73例 ,随机分为两组。对照组 35例 ,常规应用洋地黄、利尿剂和硝酸酯类药物。治疗组 38例 ,在常规治疗基础上加培哚普利 4mg ,口服 ,每日 1次和美托洛尔 12 5mg～ 2 5mg ,口服 ,每日 2次。治疗 6个月 ,观察病人治疗前及治疗后 1、3、6个月心功能和左心室大小改变。结果 所有病人治疗后心功能均较前改善 ,治疗组较对照组改善更为明显 (P <0 0 5 ) ,治疗组左心室较前明显缩小 (P <0 0 5 ) ,而对照组左心室无显著缩小。对照组 1个月时心功能即有明显改善 ,6个月后左心室缩小才有明显效果。结论 培哚普利和美托洛尔长期应用治疗CHF患者 ,有助于提高心功能 ,逆转左心室重塑 。
Objective To observe the effect of perindopril and metoprolol in the treatment of congestive heart failure.Mothods 73 cases with congestive heart failure were divided rnndomly into two groups.The control group of 35 patients received the routine treatment:digitalis,diuretis and nitroglycerin.The other 38 patients served as trial group,were given perindopril and metoprolol besides routine treatment.The function and volume of left ventricle were observed before the beginning of therapy and at the 1?3?6 month after treatment,respectively.Results All patients'left ventricular function was improved.The improvement of the trial group was more significant than that of the control group (p<0.05).After therapy,the left ventricular volume of the trial group decreased significantly (p<0.05),but the left ventricular volume had no significant change in the control group.In the trial group,the heart function improved significantly in the first month,but the ventricular volume decreased only after six months.Conclusion Long trem therapy with perindopril and metoprolol on patients with congestive heart failure leads to improvement of heary function,decrease of left ventricle and improvement of prognosis.
