摘要
信息系统开发质量研究是一个较前沿的课题。如何找到一条切实可行的途径来提高信息系统开发质量 ,是研究的重点。本文从组织层面的角度出发 ,在 CMM的基础上建立系统开发质量的概念模型。通过对模型中变量的分析 ,我们发现系统开发人员的能力和系统开发过程成熟度是直接影响系统开发质量的主要因素。最后借用 TQM的管理思想 ,提出系统开发全面质量管理 (SDTQM)的框架 ,强调系统开发中全员参与、全过程控制和系统开发质量的全面管理 ,做到事前主动 ,持续改进。
The study of quality on information system development is a relative new subject and the key problem is how to find a practical approach to improve the quality of system development. From organizational aspects, the paper has set up the conceptual model of the quality of system development based on CMM. By the analysis of variables in our model, we have found that personnel capability and process maturity are key and direct factors to impact the quality of system development. Finally, we have put forward the framework of system development total quality management(SDTQM) by means of the managerial ideas of total quality management(TQM). What's more, we stress on the participation of total people and the control of total process in system development, and the total management of the quality of system development, and we must make Preconditioning and on going improvement.
