摘要
连铸技术在钢的生产过程中得到了广泛使用,为了提高铸坯质量,降低转炉出钢温度,提高钢收得率与连铸速度,有必要对连铸中包钢水进行调温控制,实现低过热度恒温浇注。对连铸中包钢水加热的首选方式是等离子体炬加热,本文介绍了这一装置及PLC在其控制系中的应用。
Continuous Casting is widely used in steel production process,in order to improve the quality of casting billet,reduce the liquid steel temperature of convertor,increase the steel g ain ratio and casting velocity,it is necessary to reg ulate the temperature of liquid steel in tundish,plasma heating is the first pick.This paper in-troduces the plasma heating equipment and PLC application in control system of this equipment.
