摘要
本文论述了加强师德修养是知识经济的时代要求 ,阐述了师德的新内涵 ,提出了加强师德修养 ,提高教师自身素质 ,铸造教师之魂是培养高素质创新人才的重要保证。
This article discusses that it is the requirement of information and economy age to enhance teachers' morality and cultivation,expounds its new connotation and puts forward it is the major guarantee to train high-qualified creative talent to enhance teachers' morality and cultivation,to improve teachers' quality and mold the teachers' spirit.
