摘要
目的 :研究脑膜瘤中整合素β3的表达与肿瘤血管生成的关系及其作用。方法 :用原位杂交的方法检测36例脑膜瘤组织 ,2例正常硬脑膜及 3例蛛网膜组织中的整合素β3mRNA的表达 ;用免疫组化方法观察脑膜瘤中CD34 标记的微血管计数。结果 :整合素β3mRNA在良性脑膜瘤、不典型脑膜瘤、恶性脑膜瘤中的表达分别为 1 72±0 32 5 ,2 76± 0 2 4 5 ,2 93± 0 12 4 ,脑膜瘤中整合素β3mRNA的表达与微血管计数相关。结论 :整合素β3亚单位参与脑膜瘤的生长控制过程 ,随着整合素β3mRNA表达的增加 ,肿瘤的新血管形成活动增强 ,恶性程度增加。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between integrin-β 3 expression and angiogenesis and its role in meningiomas.Methods:Integrin-β 3 subunit was detected by using in situ hybridization in meningiomas(36 cases),normal dura(2 cases)and arachnoid tissue(3 cases).SABC immunohistchemical assay was used to determine the microvessel counts labeling with CD34.Results:Expressions of integrin-β 3mRNA in benign,atypical and malignant meningiomas were 1.72±0 325,2.76±0.245,2.93±0.124,respectively.The expression of integrin-β 3mRNA was significantly associated with microvessel counts.Conclusion:Integrin-β 3 sub-unit participates the process of regulating growth of meningiomas.The angiogenesis activity and malignant grade of meningiomas correlates with increased integrin-β 3mRNA expression.
