摘要
1989年至1990年,在鲁中南部分地区进行了人体隐孢子虫感染情况的调查,用改良抗酸染色法共粪检1835份,查出隐孢子虫卵囊阳性者15例,平均感染率为0.82％;其中14例为5岁以下的儿童,仅1例为成人。并对发病情况和流行因素进行了调查。
The investigation of human Cryptosporidium infection was made in South and Central Shandong Province in 1989-1990. 1835 stoll specimens collected from children and adults were examined with the modified acid-fast staining. Fifteen cases (0. 82%) were found in positive result, of whom 14 cases were children under 5 years, one was an adult. The incidence and preva- lence of the disease are also discussed in this paper.
