摘要
本文对83例高血压病、冠心病、陈旧性心肌梗塞患者,应用心电图P/P-R比值与左室功能参数对比分析。结果:P/P-R比值与IRT、A.E-O呈正相关(IRT,r=0.322,P<0.01;A/E-O,r=0.219,P<0.05。)与收缩功能参数无关。P/P-R值≥2.1时,IRT异常率占81％。提示:P/P-R比值可作为评价左室舒张功能的参考指标。
83 cases of hypertension, coronary heart disease and remote myocardial infarc tion were analyzed through comparison between ECG P/P-R and functional parameter of the left ventricle. The results showed that P/P-R had a positive correlation with IRT and A/EO (IRT , r=0. 322 , P<0.0.1 ; A/E-O, r=0. 219 , P<0. 05) , and had no relationshipwith systolic functional parameter. When P/P-R is ≥2. 1, the abnormal rate of IRT is 80%.It is suggested that P/P-R can be used as a reference index of evaluating diastolic function of the left ventri cle.
