s:The project making the town refuse of life hammess to people is a public engineering which is of good social benefit,environmental benefit and economic benefit to a cetain degree.This paper analyses the Xinyang city refuse handling engineering's social benefit,environmental benefit and economic benefit,to expound its necessity and feasibility.
