摘要
Z3 9.5 0协议在异构系统之间的信息检索方面具有独特的优势 ,而 Z3 9.5 0 / Web网关的目的在于利用 Web的简单易用性和易接近性 ,使 Z3 9.5 0应用得到更广泛的利用。本文首先介绍了 Z3 9.5 0协议的主要内容 ,然后讨论了基于 Web的 Z3 9.5 0应用的机制 ,最后着重阐述了在书目信息的检索应用方面 ,设计和实现一个实用的 Z3 9.5 0 / Web网关系统应该遵循的原则。
Z39 50 has special advantages concerning of information search and retrieval from heterogeneous systems. The purpose of a Z39 50/Web gateway is to extend the scope of application of Z39 50 by taking advantage of the ease and accessibility provided by the Web. The paper first introduces some of major aspects of Z39 50 standard. And then the model of developing Web-based Z39 50 applications is discussed. At last the rules for designing and implementing a practical Z39 50/Web gateway system for bibliographic information search and retrieval are mainly described.
