摘要
对泰安市几家医院使用椎板式粘度计和毛细管式粘度计进行调查,结果表明锥板式粘度计具有精度高,应用范围广,操作方便等优点。而毛细管式粘度计精度不高,操作复杂。同时对泰安市用锥板式粘度计的几家医院血液粘度的正常值进行了比较,结果表明,本市正常参考值间无明显性差异(P>0.05)而与其它地区正常参考值相比则差异非常显著(P<0.01)
Through investigation on the use of cone and plate viscometer in 4 hospitals and capillary viscometer in 5 hospitals in Taian District, we have found that cone and plate viscometer was more accurate, had a wider testing range and was more easily manipulated, while the capillary viscometer failed to give accurate rasult and was complicated to manage. Contrast being made of normal values of blood theology in several hospitals. We found that there was no significant difference ( p>0.05) , Contrasted with those of other cities, there were significant differences, ( P<0.01 )
