摘要 研究工作着眼于利用石油焦作为燃油锅炉的替代燃料。内容包括 2个部分 :第一部分研究了石油焦的基本性能及其着火燃烧特性 ,以及为满足用户特殊要求而开发的旋风预燃室建立了热态试验装置 ,进行了燃烧石油焦粉的一系列试验 ;第二部分为在同一预燃室内对燃烧水 -石油焦浆进行的试验研究 ,研究了水 -焦浆流动特性合理配比以及水 -焦浆在燃烧室内的燃烧情况。并对燃烧室特性、试验结果进行了分析。试验显示该预燃室能够在较低的预热空气温度下成功地燃烧石油焦粉 ,稍作改动后又能成功地燃烧水 -石油焦浆。试验结果对利用石油焦作为锅炉替代燃料具有参考价值。图 1 1表 5参 The present article is devoted to introduce the research works on make use of petroleum coke as a substitutional fuel of the oil fired boilers, which consists of two major parts. In the first part the basic propertics of the petroleum coke and its characteristics of devolatilization, ignition and combustion were investigated. A precombustor is developed to satisfy some special requirements of the user. A series of hot testing have been carried out. Another form of preparing and transport of petroleum coke——the WPC slurry is investigated in the second part. The rheological behaviors of the slurry have been measured. The best concentration of the petroleum coke in slurry is chosen. In this paper all the studies will be intrduced. The paper has summed up the combustion characteristics of the precombustor, when burning the petroleum coke. The testing results show that the precombustor can be successfully burning pulverized petroleum coke at lower air preheating temperatures. The testing results also show that after simply refitting the precombustor can successfully combust the WPC slurry too. The experimental results are helpful for further utilization of petroleum coke.
