摘要
提出了改进的最短路遗传算法,用于对多个电压等级的纯开环输配电网进行综合规划,算法能考虑复功率、电压、容量以及树状约束,并得到全局优化解。在只考虑有功潮流的情况下,通过控制节点的出入度,提出了开环与非开环混合的输配电系统综合规划问题的近似解决方法。为了解决输配电系统规模大造成的计算量问题,给出了基于输配电系统知识的最短路算法。
An improved shortest-path genetic algorithm for power transmission and distribution system syntheticalplanning is proposed, by which radial power system with different voltage levels can be optimized simultaneouslybesides that complex power flows, voltage constraint, capacity constraint and radial constraint are considered. By controlling the in-degrees of different kinds of nodes and consideringactive power only, the above algorithm is improved again, sothat radial and mesh hybridizing system can be plannedsimultaneously. To optimize large-scale system, a shortest path algorithm based on the knowledge of transmission anddistribution system is presented.
